Many years ago, four close friends studied together to board in the same school..
There was only one nice hotel in the city where they lived..
After the board exams are over, those four friends decided that we should make it memorable by having tea-breakfast together at that hotel..
The four of them together collected forty rupees, it was Sunday, at 10 o’clock they reached that hotel by cycle.
Dinesh, Santosh, Manish and Praveen started talking to each other while having tea-breakfast..
After some time, those four unanimously decided that exactly fifty years from today, we will meet again in this hotel on 01 April.. Until then we should all work hard and it will be interesting to see who has progressed how much in life….. The friend who comes to the hotel later on that day, will have to pay the hotel bill..
The waiter kalu serving them tea breakfast was listening to it all, he said if I stay here I will also be waiting for you all in this hotel..
Four separated for further education..
Dinesh’s father had transferred he had left the city, Santosh went to his uncle for further studies, Manish and Praveen got admitted in different colleges of the city..
Manish also left the city after a few years..
Days, months, years have passed..
In the fifty years, that city has changed, population of the city increased, roads, flyovers, skyscraper buildings have changed the face of the city..
Now that hotel had become five star hotel, waiter kalu now becomes kalu seth and also hotel owner…
Fifty years later, the scheduled date, April 01 at noon, a luxury car arrived at the hotel gate..
Dinesh got out of the car and started walking to the lobby, Dinesh now had three jewellery showrooms..
Dinesh reached to hotel owner Kalu Seth, both kept watching each other..
Kalu Seth said that Praveen Sir has booked a table for you a month ago..
Dinesh was thinking he was the first of four, so he won’t have to pay today’s bill.
Santosh came in an hour, Santosh became the big builder of the city.
Now both were talking and waiting for other friends, third friend Manish came in half an hour..
Talking to him both came to know that Manish has become a big businessman..
The eyes of all the three friends were repeatedly going to the door, when will Praveen come..??
After so long kalu seth said a message from praveen sir y’all start tea breakfast I’m coming..
The three were happy to meet each other after fifty years..
Laughter and joke lasted for hours, but Praveen didn’t come..
Kalu Seth said that again Praveen Sir’s message has come, you three should start eating after seeing your favorite menu..
Even though all three ate food, they didn’t look Praveen, as soon as they asked for the bill, all three answered that the online bill has been paid..
At eight in the evening a young man got out of the car and approached all three friends preparing to leave with heavy mind, all three began to see the man..
The young man said, I am Ravi, son of your friend Praveen.
Dad told me in detail about y’all coming, he’s been waiting eagerly for this day, but last month he passed away from a serious illness..
They asked me to meet you guys for a while today so you don’t immediately realize they passed away. They believed that you will be very sad knowing this and then their friends won’t laugh and they will lose the joy of meeting each other after so long..
So they gave me strong instructions to come late..
He also asked me to touch your feet and hug you all, saying this Ravi stretched both his hands..
People around were eagerly watching this scene, they thought they had seen this young man somewhere..
Ravi again said that my father became an ideal teacher and made me a collector by teaching, today I am a collector of this city..
Everyone was amazed, Kalu Seth said not after fifty years, but every fifty days we will meet again and again in our hotel, and every time there will be a grand party from me..
Everyone hugged each other.
Moral:
Keep meeting your relatives and friends, don’t wait for years to meet them, don’t know whose turn will come to separate and you don’t know. Always be close to your loved ones and give them the emotional feeling of being with you. What is the trust of life?? Man is a bubble of water!!
